Q: When I got the phone it was perfectly fine and I have not dropped it or dropped it in water either and suddenly the other person hears static when I try to use speaker phone and I can't hear them at all. This only happens on speaker phone but I see no repair for the back mic only so I don't know how to get it fixed or what the problem is.
