Q: I have an iPod touch 4.2.1 (8C148) with a cracked screen and it does not light up. The touch still works perfectly fine, even where the crack is and still able to unlock and play songs. Is this something I can send in and have totally fixed (cracked screen and backlight) without losing whatever is stored on it?
