Q: what is wrong with my phone so when my phone is on it takes over 5 hours to charge it and the max charge is 85% I try not to let it die but when a update happens/or it dies turns my phone off and when that happens the phone does not turn on I try charging it with multiple cables I even waited two days still nothing then the third day it turned on but another update happened and the phone will not turn back on its been over a month and I was wounding what's really wrong the battery? the port in the phone?
