Q: Went Swimming for 20 - 30 Minutes with Iphone6 Went removed from pool, phone which was on now off... I quickly opened it and blow out any water, for about 30 minutes I then disconnected battery, and replaced battery, but still no start. Finally replaced charge port PWB assy, still no start So, remaining is Micro board, maybe some shorted caps? Can you repair those at same cost?
