hello, I have an iphone 5 with a damaged screen. a bit of the top portion of the display is cracked and is showing the guts inside, but the rest of the device appears to be intact, and all the buttons are still attached. im reaching out to see if you're able to repair it just enough to allow access to the device so i can recover the photos and data stored on it. The iphone 5 does not power on as well. please let me know. thank!

We can try. The photo retrieval service is currently $41. Send it in, we test it and report back on whether the data is reachable and what it takes before doing anything else. A phone that won't power on can need board work, and board work can put data at risk, so no promises until we've seen it.
