Q: We have a Surface Pro 4 i5/4GB/128MB that will not turn power on. Tried the usual power resets and tried booting from the USB with a bootable USB. Seems to charge, but nothing beyond that. Took it to the Microsoft Store and they said there was nothing they could do. The did all the things I tried. Didn't know if it was worth sending in to diagnose, or since it won't even power on, didn't know if you had any way of diagnosing the problem. The Microsoft Store didn't seem to be able to. Thanks
