Q: So the primary issue I have is that the pen/touch screen have stopped functioning. My screen has been cracked for months over the bezel. This has not been a significant issue, mostly a minor cosmetic one. However, I recently decided to do a band-aid repair on the screen. I put super-glue over the cracks, in order to protect against potential liquid damage, smooth out the screen a bit, and prevent the cracks from spreading further. I failed to consider how touch-screens operate however, and this appears to have stopped the touchscreen from functioning whatsoever. So my question is, would a replacement of the screen solve this issue? And would purchasing the warranty allow me to get extra help assuming it did not solve the issue?
