Q: Ok so i bought a new s6 edge plus on offer up and it said perfect condition but when i got it the speaker was all messed up and the screen was blurry as well. I dont know if it is water damage or not, but your website says its free to diagnose my phone ? Or $0 ? Is that true? And how would i be able to talk to someone on the phone from your company?
