Q: My iPhone 6 got wet and the screen immediately had vertical lines. Scared, I tried to restart the phone, but did not try to dry it. I did plug in the phone to charge and it still didn't work. Then, I tried to dry it, and it's still broken. It's been three weeks since it got wet. Today, if I try to charge the phone, the Apple Logo appears briefly on the screen, then the screen goes blank and is unresponsive. Hard resets or reboots don't work. Is repair an option even though I already attempted to charge the phone before it was dry?
