That's a useful clue. If the Hero 11 Black runs on USB power with no battery but shuts off as soon as a battery goes in, the problem is usually the battery or the contacts it touches. A battery with a failed cell or protection circuit can pull the voltage down and make the camera shut off. Bent, dirty or corroded contacts in the battery bay can cause a short or a bad reading too.

Try another genuine GoPro Enduro battery if you can. If the camera works with it, you just need a new battery. Look at the gold contacts in the bay with a light, and if they look green, dark or pushed in, stop forcing batteries in.
