Answers from iFixYouri techs
Q: My big jawbone has worked flawlessly, even after 2 slight drops, for the past 4 years. Recently, while it was sitting while not in use and off, it started making loud scratchy noises. I couldn't turn it on or off and it continued to make the noises until the battery was depleted. Thereafter, it was non responsive to any of the buttons and would not charge. What do you think happened and what would the estimate be to repair it? Thanks!
