Q: My battery charges only if I hold the cable connector in a fixed position. Battery is old and/or charging port may be faulty. Want battery replaced and port fixed (if broken). What would be the charge? Also... Do you service Canadian clients? If not, can you suggest a different service provider? Any advice appreciated.
