Q: I've heard that when you get your home button fixed, the touch ID will not work afterward. With this home button repair will the fingerprint touch ID still work afterward?

Unfortunately The Touch ID will not work after it is replaced. The home button is unique as it is pair specifically with particular devices and if it ever needs to be replaced, it will not function again
