Q: Is the 59.99 only includes cleaning and diagnosis? What if my laptop still does not work after the cleaning? At what chances my laptop will be working just fine after the cleaning ? Will I need to purchase more? How long will it take approximately? If parts needed to be replaced, do you guys use original apple parts? Thank you!
