Q: Iphone 6 went through laundry. Took in to local repair service. Symptoms: completely dead phone. Won't show life, won't take charge. Screen was tested on another phone and works. A new battery was put in this one. Still dead. Shop said motherboard likely dead and phone is toast. Are you interested in taking a crack at this thing? Very concerned about being able to get pics and data off this phone. Obviously would be nice to save the phone, but data is first concern.
