Q: If the phonebook of an iphone 6 but not s can be saved after a water damage? The phone stayed under the water for like 5 seconds. We tried to turn it off as soon as it came out of the sayer which probably was a mistake. Then we put it a bowl of rice for a day and then we tried to charge it and turn it on which were also big mistake I suppose. We terribly need the phonebook and the pictures videos if possibile. A friend opened the phone and tried to operate. I can't quite figure the technical terminology but he said an oxydation has occured and the entegrating pieces (whatever they are?) are burnt. I have a video of how the phone looks at the moment as well which I can send to you somehow... please get in touch.
