Q: If I send in my iPhone 6 for water damage is it possible to get my data back? I really need everything on that phone, I had at least 5,000 photos on that phone that I hope I can someday get back and txt messages. If it does not turn on with data could you try your best and get it alive with the data? I just want the data, I'm more worried about getting it on my laptop/external hard drive at the moment. I would pay just as much as it would cost for apple to repair it without insurance just to get my data. I want my photos :( My phone was dropped in the salt water pool with my life proof charging case and I got it out and it was on and then it started to show lines and then it made some weird sounds out of the speaker and then all of a sudden it shut off. It will not turn on or nothing. I have put it in rice for about 30 hours. Thanks. I'm still really worried about my photos and messages
