Q: I was leaving my friends house and I dropped my phone in the mud. I live about 4 hours away from him and was not aware that I didn't have my phone until I got home. I contacted him and he went outside and found it sitting in the mud. When I went back to get it, he told me he had plugged the phone in to charge. It was working barely for about 10 minutes and then the screen went black, although I could still feel the vibrations from notifications. It is not working at all now and I have put it in rice, but it still wont work. I am afraid it is ruined. Can you help?
