Q: I want to send my phone in to be assed about water damage. what is the $100 insurance fee you are asking me to pay? is it different from what it will cost to fix the phone? So is it $100 plus whatever it costs to fix the phone if it can be?

Hi Tom, the insurance is for shipping. We offer free insurance up to $100 to cover your phone for any loss or damage during shipping. You can opt for additional insurance if you would like to cover it for an additional amount and we'd be happy to help you with a quote for that.
