Q: I spilled leftover cold tea on my closed MacBook Air. I dried it off, put it upside down. After about 15 mins it came back on and restarted. Then shut off and hasn’t been working at all every since. The caps lock light will not go on so I’m pretty sure the keyboard is dead. I really need this laptop for university right now ASAP but not looking to pay hundreds. As well, how do I know my privacy of my data on my laptop is guaranteed when sending in my laptop and trusting that a good job will be done?
