Q: I live in Los Angeles, CA. Do you have a location near me? Also if the $59 fee does not cover my repair and I decide that I do not want to pay any extra fees is the service refundable?

Hi, all of our walk-in locations are in Florida or Massachusetts. If we are unable to retrieve data from your device, or if you decide you don't want to do possible additional repairs that would get your MacBook working, at that point you would only be responsible for the shipping costs.
