Q: I have Surface Pro 4. Problems: 1. Touch screen not working. Only part of it works. 2. Too much heating problem. 3. Screen starts to fluctuate like crazy after the surface heats up. Please provide the cost of making the surface pro 4 work like new properly serviced and repaired.
