Q: I have recently received a lost phone through a friend, it was retrieved on the beach and was directly in contact with salt water. I have had it for about 1 week now. There looks to be sand inside the back camera lense, in the speaker and many other crevices. The screen is also cracked. Just by knowing this information, does it feel possible that it CAN be fixed. Also im not quite understanding the payment for insurance part, can you explain this a little more thoroughly? And lastly, the carrier would need to be unlocked, are you able to do that? Thank you so much!
