Hi Toni,

When the screen on a GoPro HERO10 goes black after only a few uses, the usual causes are the rear touch screen itself, its ribbon cable, or the connector on the main board. Sometimes it's just a firmware problem, so try this first. Charge the camera fully, remove the battery for a minute, put it back in, and update to the latest firmware through the GoPro app. If the front screen and the app still show a picture but the rear screen stays black, the screen or its cable is the likely cause.

We can look at it, but we ship only within the US. From Croatia, you'd need to arrange shipping both ways yourself and pay any customs duties. Since the camera is fairly new, also check whether your seller's or GoPro's warranty still covers it in the EU.
