Q: I have an S4 that was under water for 2 minutes, then in rice for two days and desiccants for another week. Battery was pulled and it sat on a shelf for 4 mos. Recently took it to verizon they put a new battery in and it powered up fine they said no issues. So we bought a new Battery, charged it and it looked great for a day then it flickers or goes black. Still works you can hear it but can't see it. Powering off does not help but if you pull battery and put back in turn on it seams great again. I have no idea if it is worth sending it to you as anything over $100 is not really worth fixing to us. What do you think? Thank you

Hi Marcie, Chances are a good cleaning would get your S4 back to good working condition. If we can't fix it, there is no charge, and if it needs any extra parts, and you opt against it, we would gladly just ship the phone back to you. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we'll be happy to help you out.
