Q: I have a Surface Pro (5th Gen) - 128GB i5 8GB M1796 that is out of Warranty. This last week the SSD died. It does not allow us to reinstall from the Surface recovery key, and when we run Diskpart from the command line we see no hard drive. is this something you can fix?
