Q: I have a surface pro 4 that is dead. It will not boot at all. There are no sounds or lights or anything. When charger is plugged in, the light on charger glows, but nothing changes on the surface, still dead. Could this be battery? What happens if I have battery replaced but it does not fix the problem?
