Q: I have a surface Pro 4 Model 1724. It froze during a solitaire game, and had to force shutdown with power button. It will not start up again. I've tried the holding power button/ holding power+volume/holding +- volume at same time, holding other suggested combinations but it will not restart. One time I was able to get it to come on, but then immediately froze again. Cannot get it to come on again Is this something you can fix? or is there no hope?
