Q: I have a MacBook Pro from 2011. It seems as if the logic board is damaged. The laptop won’t start up correctly. After the startup screen loads, the laptop reboots, and this happens over and over again. Are you able to fix this? If so, how much would it cost? Thanks.

It is tough to say how much it would be and without seeing the device. We would need you to bring in your MacBook so a technician can open it up and see what components have been damaged and see if they are replaceable. If you are not located near one of our stores, you can use our mail-in diagnostics service, which is free to get a quote for a repair. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
