Q: i have a iphone 5s and yesterday i was at the hospital when my phone slipped out my hands fell on the ground, landed on its back which i had my hard case but came out the phone. I thought the screen broke but it didnt. I didnt check if the touch screen was alright but after a couple of mins later to check my notifications, my touch screen was unresponsive then when i gave it a hard reboot i saw vertical lines. Thats when I realized something inside my phone is misplaced or damaged? Can this be fixed?

Hi Merdine, The issue seems to be your LCD is broken. This is a common fix, would have to just get a screen replacement. We do this repair starting at $54.99 plus tax (price current as of Dec 2018). Your screen replacement would come with a 1-year warranty that covers everything but accidental damage (from drops or liquid damage).
