Q: I have a Hero 5 Session and I can not pair with the Smart Remote or the I- Phone App. The voice command works. I did not try to use the camera until after the warranty was over the year. Best Buy helped me with my problem and told me that it has to be in the WiFi communication in the camera. Is this a problem your company can repair? Please advise. Thanks Carl Troxler.
