I have 4gen iPod that is formatted on windows but does not connect. I can see the hard drive and music but I’m unable to transfer or add. I just want to save my music and reformat the drive and add the music back to the drive. Drive seems to be ok, screen is ok, ran hd test it passed. Do you replace/fix circuit boards?

Yes, we do board work when it's fixable. Send it in under the free iPod Classic 4th Gen diagnostic and we'll test the board and quote you before any work. If you decline there is no bench fee, only return shipping.
