Q: I dropped my phone in water and then dried it in a bag of rice for 12 hours. I then plugged it into the charger for a while. All it does is power onto the apple symbol screen then powers off and it repeatedly does this without me prompting it. does it sound like an issue you can fix or did I ruin to many components by plugging it into power when it wasn't fully dried?
