Q: I dropped my iPhone 5s into a sink for about a second, then shut it off and kept in in a bag of rice for 48 hours. When i removed the iPhone from the bag, everything worked except touch controls. When i shake the phone it seems that something is moving about inside the phone which i believe is the digitizer cable. I have two questions 1. If i open up the phone myself and cannot fix the phone myself, will i still be able to send it in as-is and have you repair it? 2. If you receive my phone without me tampering with it, could you estimate the cost? Thanks
