Q: I dropped my iPhone 4 down the toilet about 4\5 weeks ago, and I stuck it rice all day and over night. I tried it the day after and it wouldn't turn on. Whether or not my phone was dying or not bit I don't want to check if it works by sticking a charger in it. I just really badly want all my pictures back because if it comes to needing a new phone or it being to much for me to pay then I want a way I can get my photos. As I have a windows phone at the moment and no pc or mac or anything I'm not sure how to receive my important stuff back off that phone
