Q: how do we ship it to you ? do you provide a box ? or do we buy a box ? how do we do shipping costs ? can u explain every step, step by step please as i do not understand

Great question thanks for asking. As soon as you purchase the service online, a shipping label is emailed to you. Standard shipping is included. Additional insurance and faster shipping are an additional cost. You would need to find a sturdy box to ship your device in. Package it securely with something like shipping popcorn, crumpled paper, or bubble wrap. If you shake the box you shouldn't be able to hear the device thumping around inside. You do not need to include cases or charging cables; we have those. Tape the box up well, and clear tape the shipping label on it.
