Q: Hi there, I just want to confirm that you offer service to replace a faulty Surface Pro 3 charging port. I've contact other repair companies who *seem* like they offer this service, only to find that they did not. If you do provide this service, I presume you need to disassemble the Surface to do so - do you offer insurance against other damage (e.g. screen breakage), as I know the teardown of a Surface Pro 3 is not simple. Also, do you offer warranty for your repairs? Thanks ~ Scott
