Q: Hi, My phone (iphone 6) was in my purse and my purse got wet in a pool so my phone got pretty wet. I was away and wasn't able to properly take care of it following this incident. I plugged it in and tried to turn it on which I'm now reading I should not have done. The little indicator inside the phone appears to be red. I put it in a bag of silica gel the day after the incident. I will leave it in there for at least 24 more hours but I don't think it will turn on. How does this service work? How much would it cost to fix this would you estimate? What's the most it could cost? Assuming it even can be fixed.
