Q: Hi. My Face ID stopped working. Memojis work fine, but I can't authenticate with with Face ID. I took it to a service center (there are no Apple stores here) and they were going to replace it under warranty but they found evidence of water damage and thus will not send it for warranty repair. Are you able to fix this? Also, I'm in Puerto Rico. thank you.
