Q: Hi! I'm in Japan now and I can't find a repair shop that speaks English. I'm wondering if you could help me. My phone got wet and I did all the necessary "first-aid" to wet phones. After 2 days, it turns on, display is good but the touchscreen is unresponsive. I bought a screen replacement online and tried replacing it but it's still unresponsive. If this kind of problem is repairable, I wonder if I could send it to you.
