Q: Hi. I have a 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 13" I spilt coffee (black) on. Immediately I flipped it over and shoot it getting water out, then a little later took a hair dryer to it alternating between hot and cool settings to make sure I didn't over heat it in the process. A couple days later, today, I turn it on and it took a little while to fully boot up, but now everything seems to be running fine other than it only working on power, no battery. It could also be lagging slightly, but that could be just me being biased into thinking so because of the initial lag in booting. So in you experience, does your cleaning service often fix issues with the battery not working (it's not even showing it was being present... no battery percentage strength indicator)? If a replacement battery is needed, what will that run? I am okay with getting a used battery that is fully functioning.
