Q: Hi, I dropped my phone into the sea while playing beach volleyball on the 27th of January, 2017. I thought I lost it until I found it buried under the sea bed an hour later. My mistake was that I turned it on immediately after finding it because I thought these device was supposed to be magical and can miraculously survive. So now, I can't seem to power it on. I've got a lot of important files that I haven't backed up yet. Do you think your technicians can fix it?
