Q: Hi, i dropped my phone in the toilet and cracked screen. it turns on and is recieving messages and phone calls. however, the touch screen isn't responding and I cannot unlock the phone with my passcode to get in and back up my phone and pull my contacts for the new phone i just recieved... any suggestions or can you help resolve the situation with perhaps a new screen to allow me to unlock the phone and do a proper back up. Thanks!
