Q: Hi, I dropped my iphone in saltwater and it will not power on. Are you still able to perform diagnostics?

Diagnostics can be performed on any device in any condition. The purpose of the diagnostics is to determine all the issues affecting the performance and functionality of your iPhone 7. In this case, we would want to perform our water damage repair service, the goal of which is to power up your device and be able to retrieve data. This is currently $49.99. If additional parts and labor are required (which we would know after looking at your iPhone 7), you will be asked for approval to proceed.
