Q: Hi, Hero & Black. Attempted to do a manual software update and lost the rear touch screen/UI. All other functions of the camera seem to be working however without the use of the rear screen I cant even navigate back to preferences and attempt a factory reset. So I guess it needs a partial of full software install. I dont see a settings menu when I look at the small front screen
