Q: hey i have an iPhone 5c in brand new condition not one scratch it was left in water for 9 hrs and that was two years ago but when i plug it in it makes a charging sound i took it to get fixed at ifixyouri two years ago and no life came out of the phone but now it charges should i take it again or would it be a waste of my time
