Q: Hello ifix, i own a fire hdx 8.9 3rd generation tablet 64gb. In the process of downgrading software, tablet cut off and will not turn back on. Can't access fastboot or recovery. Possible operating system wiped. Tried push power button techniques and removed case to unplug and replug battery. Battery voltages also check out ok. Tablet has still not turned on and no charge indicator only black screen. What are my options through your service? If any. Can you flash chip directly? Let me know. Thanks, Perry S.
