Q: Hello, I recently had a spill accident of iced tea over my MacBook Air and took it into Apple today to see how bad the damage was and to see what my options were. The technician said liquid had got to everything inside underneath the keyboard and it would all need to be replaced, and with repairs through them it would be a flat rate of $750. I just wondered whether or not it would be best to just purchase a new or refurbished Mac or try and get mine fixed? And as well as the price range, I'm not sure how much it would be through your company to have pretty much all the internal parts replaced?

Hi Abby, to give you the most accurate quote we would have to see the device and conduct a diagnostic to see the extent of the damage. We very rarely see anything in need of $750 worth of repairs.
