Hello, I have an LG G3 device, I have owned it for almost 2 months and this morning I sent a message through the Line app and right afterwards the screen went blue for a few seconds then died immediately afterwards, is this something you are able to fix? I have very important data on this phone, I use it to write my lyrics and they are unrecoverable. If you could help me I would be eternally grateful.
