Q: Hello, I have an HTC U11 that was submerged in water. I am interested in possibly getting it repaired, but I am curious how the process works. Questions I have are: 1. When I send in the phone, how long can I expect until I get a repair estimate. 2. Once the repair estimate is approved, roughly how long can I expect until I receive my phone back. 3. I know you do not have any way of knowing what's wrong with my phone, but based on typical repairs from water damage, what is a reasonable expectation for total repair costs (I understand this does not count as an estimate for my phone). But if most water damage repairs are usually say $350 or more, then I might decide not to even bother pursuing repairs due to the phone's age. Thanks for your assistance, Benjamin Stewart
